Ground FloorGround Floor Plan (pdf)Sunny and spacious, the Ground Floor is used as the reception area for all events which take place in the ABC Treehouse. Our rotating art exhibitions make this floor a lively but comfortable place to welcome your guests before sending them on to your room.

The Small Meeting Room is perfect for small meetings and classes of up to 8 people, who want to meet in comfort and privacy.

The Workshop Room is ideal for (board) meetings, brainstorm sessions, or for classroom use. It hosts up to 20 in a variety of workshop/meeting setups, or up to 30 for theater-seating or standing room events.

Second FloorSecond Floor Plan (pdf)The Conference Room (8.4m x 7.3m, with pillars) on the second floor, is our largest available room. Ideal for meetings, lectures and small cultural events, it is light and spacious and comes with a small adjoining room that can be used as a ‘break out’, check in, or hospitality room. There is a toilet on this floor, as well as additional coat rack space. These amenities create a space apart from our other activities, giving you extra privacy during your event. The Conference Room seats up to 50 people in theater-style rows. For standing room events, it will host up to 80 people.

The Treehouse is not available for parties or music events.
We keep our rental rates low, by being a DIY ("do-it-yourself") location. However, full-service assistance is also available at reasonable rates; please inquire about this service as early as possible in your planning schedule. Facilities/EquipmentEquipment: Chairs and tables are available for your use, included in the rental prices. It is also possible to request, in advance, the use of a flip-over/whiteboard, beamer, projection screen, TV, and DVD player. Ask about rental fees for this audio/visual equipment.Bathrooms: are located on the first and second floor. Kitchen: includes a microwave and refrigerator. Coffee and tea service, including dishware, is also available for your use, included in the rental fees. Catering: The user is free to organize their own catering. We can also offer advise about various catering and lunch possibilities. Wheelchair Accessibility: The ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users; there is no lift to the upper floors. User AgreementsAppointments for site visits are available most weekday afternoons; call us for an appointment. However, reservation requests are accepted via email only. When making your request, please include the date(s) and times you are seeking, a short description of your event/class, and estimated attendance. If your dates/times are available, you will be supplied with a "User's Manual", and a request for further booking/billing information. Upon receiving your billing information and confirmation that you have read and agree to abide by the User's Manual, your reservation will be confirmed. Upon cancellation of a rental agreement up until two weeks prior to the date of usage, there will be no costs billed, unless there have been specific stipulations made in the agreement.When use of the rooms is cancelled within the two week period, the user will be billed 50% of the total rental sum. Cancellations will be accepted by telephone, but need written verification to become definite. First-time users may be billed in advance, thereafter invoices are mailed in the first week of the month for the previous month's events, and are due upon receipt. |
